All the information you provide to NAH is strictly private and confidential. According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including, but not limited to, name, address and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of nahstore.com.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time and without any given notice. Please make sure you regularly check this page, and our dedicated Shipping and Returns pages for any amendments.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right not to accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full immediately.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct. We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.
In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all written content and photography on our site is the intellectual property of NAH. You may save, store and print this content for your own personal and private use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or reproduce the content for commercial or business means.
COLOUR VARIATION
Whilst every care is taken to ensure our product images are a true representation of the item for sale we cannot guarantee that the colour will match perfectly. This is due to unlimited variations in monitor set-ups.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Our website is hosted on a fully secure, PCI compliant server. All payments are handled securely through PayPal and NAH does not have access to your card details. The total order cost must be paid in full before dispatch.
We have the right to cancel any orders which we believe to be fraudulent or that do not pass the required security checks.
SHIPPING TERMS

When an order has been accepted NAH agrees to dispatch the order as stated in our shipping terms. We cannot be held liable for any delays in shipping due to postal delays or for events outside of human control.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return items in new condition for a refund within 12 days, provided we get them back within 12 working days of purchase and in perfect sellable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Returns and exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 12-day window of their original ship date. For all domestic and international customers, return shipping costs will not be covered.
